Win a Scholarship

Branch 6000’s annual scholarship is up and running.  But you have to be in it to win it! 

If you are a member in good standing and have a child who will be attending college for the first time in Sept 2023, then you should apply for the “John Pedota Memorial Scholarship”.  Application is in this issue of the LIMB.

The Branch will be awarding 3 scholarship’s this year.  One for $1500 and two for $750.  All your child needs to do is read and follow the instructions on the application (again in this LIMB issue) and then submit the needed info to “Nick D’Avanzo c/o Branch 6000, 630 Broadway, Amityville NY, 11701”.  The completed application and all other necessary info (again see application) must be here by May 19th, 2023. 

By summitting this, your child might ALSO be eligible to win the “William Morris Scholarship” which is the annual Branch 6000 Credit Union Scholarship ($750).  But you have to be a member of the credit union to be eligible to win this one. 

So, all together, that’s four chances to win.  Why not enter, and receive some free money to help your child in their education!!
